Shipping Policy

At VT Racing, we work to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping times below are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, carrier delays, holidays, and your location.

COLLECTIVE ITEMS

As of right now, We do NOT Have control over shipping with products that are ran through collective. Although we don't have control, It does NOT mean that your product will take 2 weeks to ship. We have ensured that EVERY supplier (depending on the product) does NOT take 1+ week to ship. If it is a big product you have ordered off of our site (that is collective) EX: Supermotos, etc. It could take around 1-2 weeks to ship due to our suppliers having lots of orders. (DELIVERY TAKES 3 DAYS MAX AFTER BEING SHIPPED).

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping — United States

Products other than swingarms

  • Economy Shipping: $2.50 — 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $25+ — 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: $10.00 — 1–2 business days

Swingarms

Due to the size and weight of swingarms, separate shipping rates apply:

  • Economy Shipping: $5.00 — 11–14 business days
  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 — 7–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: $11.00 — 3–6 business days

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed before being handed to the shipping carrier. Processing time is not included in the estimated shipping times above.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. VT Racing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Please use the tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.
